Grind a variety of enemies and chests in Sanctuary
Beat the boss Duriel, King of Maggots

Speaking of the first option, the best way to target farm Soulbrand is to complete Nightmare Dungeons or participate in events such as Helltides or Gathering Legions. For some people, this method may seem easier because regular monsters are weaker than bosses, but killing a whole bunch of them to get a single item can be exhausting and annoying for players. Nevertheless, they will get quite many other items and level up significantly, even if they are not lucky enough to get a unique Soulbrand.
