Loyalty's Mantle is a Unique Headpiece that can drop from several locations, but the best target farm is Endgame Boss Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint. This is due to its prominent position on Grigoire's Boss Loot Table, which represents a much higher drop chance than from loot goblins or chests in the Overworld.

Class locked to the Spiritborn, this Unique Item provides raw stats, movement speed, damage reduction, and - most importantly - up to 3 ranks of Velocity and heavily buffed Spirit Hall boons. For best use of this item, ensure both Spirit Hall slots have the same animal spirit selected.
