Diablo 4: How To Play Together With Different Plaftorms

Luckily, Diablo 4 has a cross-platform mode, and it works smoothly. Still, sometimes newcomers and even experienced players get confused and don't understand how to start playing with friends, and there are several reasons for this.

Foremost, if you are a beginner, you will need to complete the game's prologue before you can enable crossplay. This will take about 15 minutes, so once you reach the city of Kyovashad, you will eventually be able to play with friends. Kyovashad is the first place in the game where you will meet other players. You can invite strangers to your team to befriend them, or you can start traveling with your mates to complete quests and kill monsters together.

Once you reach Kyovashad, all you have to do is invite the player you want to join your team. At this point, it doesn't matter what device the other player is using. The only important thing to do is find out the BattleTag of the person you would like to play with. You can find your BattleTag by opening the menu and going to the Social tab. Here, in the lower right corner, you will see a button labeled Add a Friend. By clicking on it, you will see a new menu where BattleTag will be written above the input field. Once you know your friend's BattleTag, here are the steps you'll need to follow to play together:

Open the menu.
Go to the Social tab.
In the lower right corner, click on the Add a Friend button.
In the text field, paste the BattleTag of the player you want to add to friends and send a request.
After the player accepts your request, you can see them in your friends list.
Next, find the desired player in your friends list and click on his profile to see the available options.
Among them, find the button that says Invite to Party and click on it.
Once you do so, the player you invited will receive a notification and will be able to join you.
