While several Unique items in Diablo 4 are exclusive to each class, there are some other Uniques that can be equipped by Rogues, Barbarians, Necromancers, Sorcerers, and Druids alike. These will provide boosts and bonus effects to stats and abilities that are shared between all classes, making sure that, regardless of your character, you get to enjoy increased damage, status effect infliction, and Primary Resource boosts, among others.

This last bonus effect is what the Banished Lord's Talisman Unique amulet targets, allowing you to deal more damage to your enemies by using your skills naturally in Diablo 4. Today's guide will take a closer look at what and who you will have to face to get the Banished Lord's Talisman Unique and what can you expect by equipping it.

Diablo 4: How To Get Renown Fast

Renown is earned in each of the five regions to give players various rewards in Diablo 4; here's how to get it fast.

Updated October 20, 2024 by Marc Santos: The version of Diablo 4 that came with Vessel of Hatred and Season of Hatred Rising introduced some new ways to farm Unique items, giving every player an easier time getting the gear they want for their builds. While the previous methods of farming bosses and events still works, we've updated this guide to include the Kurast Undercity, a new dungeon activity introduced in the Vessel of Hatred expansion that's made for players who want to target farm loot.

How to Get Banished Lord's Talisman Unique in Diablo 4

Diablo 4 World Boss

If you want to get the Banished Lord's Talisman Unique amulet in Diablo 4, you can start by opening chests or defeating powerful enemies with any class on any Torment difficulty, with Torment 4 offering the best chances. While the drop chances are very low, you can increase them by participating in endgame activities such as facing World Bosses or Gathering Legions with other players or completing Nightmare Dungeons by using Nightmare Sigils.

That said, there is a way to focus farm the Banished Lord's Talisman and that is to summon and face ladder bosses. This activity introduced in Diablo 4 Season of Blood – just like the Banished Lord's Talisman – will have you face powerful bosses across Sanctuary in an attempt to get Unique items from their corresponding loot pools. For the Banished Lord's Talisman Unique, you will have to face Duriel, King of Maggots, or the Echo of Andariel. To summon them, you will need summoning materials dropped by other Uber Bosses, so take a look at the table below to prepare:

Boss

Location

Materials

Duriel

Gaping Crevasse, Kehjistan

Echo of Andariel

Hanged Man's Hall, Kehjistan

As you can see, getting summoning materials for both Duriel and Andariel will take quite a bit of time. Players previously had to complete The Pit runs to get Stygian Stones in Diablo 4, but this requirement has since been removed in the Vessel of Hatred expansion. Summon costs for all bosses have been adjusted as well.

Kurast Undercity

The Vessel of Hatred expansion also added the Kurast Undercity, a type of time trial dungeon that players can repeatedly grind for loot. This comes with the new Tributes and Bargains system, which lets players customize what loot they get after every Undercity run.

When playing on Torment difficulty, keep an eye out for Tributes of Ascendance. These are Unique Tributes that will guarantee Unique item drops as part of your Undercity rewards. Tributes of all sorts drop from endgame activities and loot sources, such as World Bosses, Tormented Bosses, Infernal Hordes, and Nightmare Dungeons.
