What Is The Glacial Fissure Sigil?
The Glacial Fissure Sigil is a Nightmare Sigil that can be used to unlock the Nightmare Dungeon, Glacial Fissure. This is a type of Nightmare Sigil that is crafted at an Occultist and can allow players to take on The Beast in the Ice, a difficult boss that can drop some invaluable items for all Classes and for specific Classes (such as the Field of Crimson for Barbarians or the Windforce for Rogues). It also drops the Pincushioned Dol l, an item that players need if they want to summon Uber Andariel.
The Glacial Fissure Dungeon is found in the Fractured Peaks region of the game and is a level 85 Dungeon. However, players won't be able to take on The Beast in the Ice without the Glacial Fissure Sigil, meaning that they will want to craft this item if they want to actually complete the entire area.

The Distilled Fears can be found in Nightmare Dungeons that are Tier 30 or higher. They can also drop from Helltides and World Bosses on rare occasions. The Sigil Powder is obtained by completing Whispers, killing Elite Monsters, and salvaging any Nightmare Sigils that aren't wanted. Finally, the Stygian Stones are obtained by completing The Pit.
