While farming Uniques in Diablo 4 will inevitably end up with you and your friends facing powerful bosses in Sanctuary, the road toward that climactic fight will be plagued with hordes and hordes of demons, cultists, and every enemy in between. If you have built your character class correctly, you will possess ways and skills to defeat and destroy these mobs regardless of population density, preventing them from overwhelming you.
If you are feeling extra lucky, then getting Andariel's Visage can give you a hand precisely with this. With a great effect that provides significant AoE attacks, this Unique will become very useful in endgame activities where this type of attack is necessary, such as Helltides, The Pit, Gauntlet, and the Infernal Hordes. Today's guide will go through the many methods you can use to get Andariel's Visage Unique in Diablo 4, but don't expect to be getting it any time soon unless you have extremely good RNG.
How to Get Andariel's Visage Unique in Diablo 4
You can start farming the Andariel's Visage Unique helm with any class by opening chests or defeating enemies in World Tier 3 or World Tier 4 in Diablo 4. While it can drop at random, since it's a Mythic Unique (formerly called Uber Unique), then you can choose to face World Bosses, join Gathering Legions, or run and complete Nightmare Dungeons using Nightmare Sigils to increase your chances of finding Andariel's Visage.
To focus farm Andariel's Visage in Diablo 4, you can choose to face two specific Uber Bosses in Diablo 4: Duriel, King of Maggots, or the Echo of Andariel. These two bosses are among the hardest foes in the game and will require summoning materials that are dropped by other lesser Uber Bosses. On top of that, both Duriel and Andariel can only be faced in World Tier 4. Take a look at the table below to know what materials you will need to farm while preparing to face both Uber Bosses:
Boss |
Location |
Materials |
|---|---|---|
Duriel |
Gaping Crevasse, Kehjistan |
Tormented Duriel |
Gaping Crevasse, Kehjistan |
Echo of Andariel |
Hanged Man's Hall, Kehjistan |
Tormented Echo of Andariel |
Hanged Man's Hall, Kehjistan |
Tormented versions of Duriel and Andariel will be much harder than their base versions but will provide an increased chance of dropping Uniques, including Andariel's Visage. The downside is that you will need Stygian Stones for a single boss fight, meaning you will need multiple The Pit completions to pick them up.
Finally, you can also get Andariel's Visage by using Resplendent Sparks to transmute it at the Alchemist. You can get these by defeating Tormented Bosses for the first time, completing Mother's Gift tiers, or salvaging other Uber Uniques. This method is by far the most time-consuming in Diablo 4, since it will potentially require lots of farming and lots of gold as well.
