Mythic items provide some of the strongest stats and effects players can want in Diablo 4. They are incredibly powerful, and a single one of them can easily turn your build from mediocre to excellent under the right conditions. The catch here is that Mythic Uniques are extremely rare, and unless players get very lucky during their first forays into Torment difficulty, they likely won't get to see a Mythic Unique until much later.
In this guide, we'll be going over each of the Mythic Unique items in Diablo 4 to help you figure out which ones will work for your build, as well as some things you might want to know about getting some for yourself.

How to Get Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4
The best places to farm Mythic Uniques are boss lairs. Enemies like Andariel, Duriel, and the Harbinger of Hatred all drop Unique items once you open their treasure hoards, and each Unique that drops has a tiny chance (roughly ~1.75%) to be a Mythic Unique. Other Mythic Unique sources include:
- Purveyors of Curiosity
- Nightmare Dungeons
- Tree of Whispers Reward Caches
- Blacksmith/Jeweler Crafting
How to Craft Mythic Uniques
You craft Mythic items from the Blacksmith and Jeweler in any town, but you need to get other Mythic Uniques first. When you dismantle a Mythic item, you'll get a Resplendent Spark, which you can then use to craft more gear.
With two Resplendent Sparks (and about 50M Gold), you can craft a random Mythic Unique from the Blacksmith. If you want to get something specific, visit the Jeweller and use two Resplendent Sparks and some specific runes to get the item you want.
Mythic Prankster
There's a very rare chance that you'll find a Mythic Prankster Treasure Goblin while running Nightmare Dungeons. Killing these guys will make them drop five Mythic Uniques plus a bag containing more. Mythic Pranksters are extremely rare, but in our case, we found one just 19 Paragon Levels into our first character in Season 11. These goblins can appear in any Nightmare Dungeon, regardless of what key you have or where you get them from.
