The author expertly utilized transmogs, which allow a player to apply the appearance of an item to another without any change in stats, to create the likeness. The customized Barbarian boasts certain attributes that are reminiscent of He-Man, starting from the character's long hair all the way to his iconic loincloth. The image also shows the Barbarian wearing battle armor and brown boots, similar to those worn by He-Man.
