Devour is an exhilarating survival horror game certain to keep players on the edge of their seats. It can be played either multiplayer with up to 3 other players, or solo if gamers are feeling daring.
Devour forces players to come face-to-face with evil itself, as they must attempt to exorcise cult members from demonic possession by Azazel. As the game progresses, it becomes harder and harder to survive and achieve objectives. Luckily, players are rewarded with Ritual Tokens, which can be used to buy useful Perk power-ups. Here's how to get them.
What Are Ritual Tokens, And How To Earn Them?
Ritual Tokens are an earnable currency in Devour used to purchase in-game Perks or flashlights. These will make a considerable difference in improving their gameplay experience and make surviving this nightmare much easier.
Ritual tokens can be earned by playing Devour through natural progression and leveling up. In total, it will take players 50 Ritual Tokens to unlock all the Perks and an additional 31 Ritual Tokens to purchase all the flashlights.
What Are Perks In Devour?
Perks are unlockable abilities that players can purchase using their earned Ritual Tokens. There are currently 16 Perks in the game, each with different passive power-ups, from increasing the player's base movement speed to highlighting distant medkits.
To make the fight against Azazel much more challenging, cultists can only use one Perk at a time. They should pick their Perk carefully and ensure it synergizes with their map and teammates. For example, it's obsolete for all players to have the Under Pressure Perk. If trying a new map, it is a good idea for beginners to equip the Long-Sighted Perk to have a clear view of most items
