In Destiny 2’s Season of the Plunder, Bungie reprised the King’s Fall Raid from the Original Destiny game, and it brought with it 6 brand-new weapons. Zaouli’s Bane is an Adaptive frame Solar Hand Cannon from King’s Fall that has been extremely popular in Season of the Wish and the new Onslaught activity thanks to the Artifact perks this season.

Zaouli’s Bane comes with the King’s Fall exclusive Origin Trait called “Runneth Over,” which allows the magazine to overflow when players reload this weapon near allies. It can overflow the magazine with up to 5 extra bullets.

How To Obtain Zaouli’s Bane In Destiny 2

How to Obtain, Destiny 2, zaouli's bane god roll

Zaouli’s Bane is a King’s Fall Raid weapon and drops from that Raid. However, with the introduction of Pantheon, players can also get it after completing any encounter. There are also certain Triumphs of Pantheon which, upon completion, reward players with the Adept version of Zaouli’s Bane.

Players must wait until King’s Fall is the featured Raid of the week to farm Zaouli's Bane, and then they must complete Golgoroth or Daughters encounters, as both of these have a chance to drop Zaouli’s Bane.

PvP God Roll For Zaouli’s Bane In Destiny 2

PvP God Roll, zaouli's bane god roll

Zaouli’s Bane is not exactly popular in The Crucible as it mainly shines in PvE. This, however, does not mean that it is not good in PvP. Being Craftable, it performs exceptionally well against opposing Guardians.

For PvP, players need to boost Range as much as possible. Therefore, they will need a Range masterwork. For the Barrel option, Smallbore Rifling or Hammer-Forged Rifling are the best options as they come without any penalty. For Magazine, Accurized Rounds are the best choice.

In the left column of perks, players can either go with Explosive Payload or Opening Shot. Opening Shot is a great all-around Range-boosting perk, whereas Explosive Payload shines in flinching opposing enemies as well as counter damage falloff.

In the right column, Eye of the Storm is the best available perk for The Crucible. It is one of the best dueling perks in the game, as the extra Accuracy and Handling it provides when players are in a duel will help them land all of their shots.

PvE God Roll For Zaouli’s Bane In Destiny 2

PvP God Roll, zaouli's bane god roll-1

Zaouli’s Bane is highly regarded as the best Legendary Hand Cannon in Destiny 2 and the Legendary version of the Exotic weapon Sunshot. That is thanks to its perk combination of Explosive Payload and Incandescent.

Explosive Payload deals increased 15 percent damage in PvE as well as area-of-effect detonations. This, combined with Incandescent in the right column, allows for further explosions that Scorch targets as well. Once there are enough Scorch stacks, it will also cause an Ignition.

For PvE, players must aim to improve the Reload Speed as much as possible, therefore Reload Speed masterwork is the best option. For Barrel, players can go with anything, as none of them provides a Reload Speed boost. For Magazines, Flared Magwell provides a massive boost to the weapon’s Reload Speed.
