Xur has returned again to Destiny 2, complete with new exotic and legendary gear for players to check out for a limited time. With Festival of the Lost now at an end, there are now just a few weeks left for the current Season of the Witch. While players always have questions regarding what's next, Bungie largely answered that this week by releasing a new puzzle for the community to solve. Eventually, the puzzle led to a new discovery, the 15th wish, and the reveal that Season 23 of Destiny 2 is known as Season of the Wish.
Following that was this week's blog, which had plenty more revelations for those who are fans of the Crucible. The sparrow bug that players enjoyed on the Multiplex map has actually been turned into a game mode called Sparrow Control, though Season 23 has plenty more tweaks and changes as well. New Crucible nodes are being added to Destiny 2 including a 3v3 Quickplay, while Control will be bunled into 6v6 Unranked. Retired Crucible weapons can now be focused at Shaxx, and Trials of Osiris is getting more rewarding for players who can't consistently go flawless.
In the meantime, Xur is back again with a whole selection of exotics and legendaries for Destiny 2 players over the next few days. Follow this guide for his most current weekend location, news on his exotic cipher quest, as well as a review of all the exotic and legendary gear he's brought for the weekend of November 10, 2023.
Where is Xur?
Over the next few days, players can visit the Tower Hangar to find Xur in his usual spot.
Fast travel to the main Tower location and head left into the Hangar. Once there, take another left and move past the Dead Orbit section to find a metal staircase. Move up the stairs to find Xur on a platform overlooking the mountain range off in the distance.
Class Armor and Exotic Cipher
Xur's role continues to offer the usual weekly quests, exotics, and legendary gear. Not only are these quests required to purchase a second fated engram, but they're necessary to acquire legacy exotic gear from the Tower kiosk. Players can earn a new cipher by completing strikes and winning crucible or gambit matches. Gain bonus points for playing with clan mates or finishing more challenging activities.
Xur continues to sell even more gear outside his usual content. In addition to his normal exotic gear, Xur now has Legendary Weapons and Armor for sale in exchange for Legendary Shards and Glimmer.
Exotic Armor
The Stag - Warlock Helmet
Exotic Perk:
Dearly Departed - Rift provides damage reduction to allied Guardians standing in it. Grants Rift energy when you are critically wounded. On the player's death, it creates a healing rift on the corpse.
Fourteens are wild in this exotic, as three stats all have the same number. Either way, this exotic isn't typically high up on the various tier lists so it can be skipped.

Ophidia Spathe - Hunter chest armor
Exotic Perk:
Scissor Fingers - Grants two knives per charge.
The highest roll this week goes to Ophidia Spathe, an exotic that isn't overly exciting but is certainly useful for the Gunslinger subclass as it grants a second melee knife charge. It can come in handy, but it isn't likely replacing some of the better options available.

An Insurmountable Skullfort - Titan helmet
Exotic Perk:
Transfusion Matrix - Kills with Arc melee abilities trigger health regeneration and restore melee energy.
Just recently on sale last month, this version of the Skullfort isn't quite as good both in terms of the overall roll and the distribution. The main problem is that mobility is higher than most Titan players would want. If, for some reason, this is an exotic that isn't obtained yet, it remains a solid exotic helm for Striker titans as it is a great way to trigger self-heals and restoring melee energy to continue this cycle.

Exotic Weapon
For the Jade Rabbit, The Fate of All Fools is the scout weapon's intrinsic perk, giving bonus damage to players that can land a precision shot after chaining multiple body shots on an enemy. This also returns ammo to the magazine as well. Zen Moment, the other unique perk, also gives bonus stability when the weapon causes damage to an enemy.
Under the right situations and with a little bit of skill, this can be a powerful weapon. At the end of the day, this weapon may not suit everyone, but it's worth a look for those who can master the art of the headshot.

Hawkmoon Rolls
At this point, Xur is only selling Hawkmoon with randomized rolls, but its time is limited once Harbinger is ultimately added to the Exotic Mission Rotator and makes the hand cannon craftable. Either way, here is the roll Xur has this weekend:
