Lotus-Eater is a Void Rocket Sidearm in Destiny 2 that blasts its way ahead of the competition as one of the best weapons players can get. Lotus-Eater becomes an integral part to the arsenal of every player thanks to recent buffs to Void perks, so players should definitely attempt to get this gun and its God Roll.

The Lotus-Eater God Roll might not be the easiest to claim, but it’s extremely rewarding for those who do manage to get it for the power it holds against other weapons, particularly against other Rocket Sidearms in Destiny 2, so here’s exactly how to get it and what that God Roll is.

How to Get Lotus-Eater in Destiny 2

The Lotus-Eater is exclusive to the Nightfall final chest reward, where, upon completing the activity, players have a high chance to obtain the Lotus-Eater when it’s in the weekly rotation. Lotus-Eater will be in the Nightfall rotation on April 22-29 and June 3-10.

If players want the Lotus-Eater (Adept), then they will need to complete a Grandmaster Nightfall and eliminate all Champions for Platinum Rewards, and they will then be able to decode further Adept rolls at Zavala for 1 Vanguard Engram, 10 Nightfall Ciphers, and 50,000 Glimmer.

Alternative ways to get Lotus-Eater in Destiny 2 involve players visiting Zavala in the Tower, where they can enter the Focus Decoding section of his vendor screen, where they will be able to buy the Lotus-Eater in the Nightfall selection of his weapons for 5 Vanguard Engrams and 25,000 Glimmer. However, it’s worth noting that players must have already acquired a roll of Lotus Easter in order to decode further rolls.

  • The God Roll Perks for Lotus-Eater will be: Repulsor Brace & Destabilizing Rounds

The Perk 1 column for Lotus-Eater needs to be Repulsor Brace. Repuslor Brace provides an overshield worth 45 HP when players kill an enemy that has a Void debuff. This means any target that has Suppress, Weaken, or Volatile associated with it can be defeated, so players have a constant stream of perks. The reason Repuslor Brace is so good, even without a Void build, is due to its second perk.

The absolute must-have Perk 2 column for Lotus-Easter is Destabilizing Rounds. Destabilizing Rounds makes it so that defeating a target with Lotus-Eater will cause them to create a Void burst, and those impacted by the Void burst will become Volatile, giving the player Volatile Rounds. This allows players to stun Barrier Champions and cause further enemies impacted by Volatile to explode. Pairing this with Repulsor Brace, players will essentially have a permanent Overshield with every kill.
