Since Destiny 2's Last Wish raid went live, players have done the seemingly impossible. This list ranges from defeating one of the bosses solo to completing the perfectionist Petra's Run version of the raid with a 3-man team. Now, there's a new achievement to add to the list.

As seen in the video below, YouTuber Gladd and his fireteam completed the raid without firing a single shot from any guns. They only used their abilities such as Golden Guns (GG) and grenades to clear this raid. What's more is that every member of this Destiny 2 fireteam was a hunter, which is impressive unto itself.

All of this led to some creativity when completing more difficult tasks. For example, to shoot the eyes at Riven, the fireteam utilized a complex strategy of GGs to do the trick. Then, to destroy the warts, two GGs focused on 12, while the rest used throwing knives to focus on the wart's crit spots. Check out this impressive Destiny 2 feat here:

It's worth highlighting how difficult this task was, as many players struggle just making it through the raid without forcing any challenge on themselves. After all, during the first 24 hours of the Last Wish raid, only 12 players managed to clear it. This is a stark contrast with the King's Fall raid from Destiny: The Taken King, which had 37,000+ players complete the raid during its first 24-hour period.

Moving forward, many guardians are likely eyeing the upcoming Black Armory raid, with the race for World's First kickstarting as soon as the DLC launches. Afterward, however, players can probably expect to see some interesting clears in that raid, much like this ability-only clear of Destiny 2's Last Wish. Players luckily do not need to wait long, as the DLC is set to launch on December 4, with the raid coming just three days later on December 7.

Destiny 2: Black Armory  releases December 4, 2018 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
