King's Fall was reprised for Destiny 2, and it came with most of its original weapons that have been refreshed to match the game's new sandbox. Even Guardians who have beaten Oryx in the first game have a lot to look forward to when farming for the loot in this raid.

The encounters in Destiny 2's King's Fall have remained mostly the same as the original, though players can expect to breeze through them as long as they know what they're doing. The following is a table listing all the loot you can get in King's Fall as well as some recommended rolls from some of the raid's best weapons.

Almost every weapon that drops in King's Fall is better suited for PvE than PvP, with the stark exception of the Defiance of Yasmin Sniper Rifle. Out of all the weapons here, PvE fans should look forward to getting a god roll Doom of Chelchis and Zaouli's Bane until they can complete the red-border requirements to unlock them for crafting.

Doom of Chelchis is a reliable 180 RPM Void Scout Rifle that's perfect for long-ranged shooting. It can roll with two damage perks since it has Vorpal Weapon and Explosive Payload on its third column. Both can be paired with the likes of One For All and Frenzy if you want more damage, or Dragonfly for better add clear. Doom of Chelchis isn't too bad in PvP either as long as players stick to the gun's intended engagement distance.

Zaouli's Bane is a 140 RPM Solar Hand Cannon that's among the best when it comes to PvE, especially with all the buffs the weapon archetype has received over the course of Lightfall's seasons. Much like Doom of Chelchis, this weapon can roll with Explosive Payload in its third perk column, giving it a 15% damage increase against PvE combatants. This can be combined with Incandescent in the fourth column to give the gun synergy with Solar subclasses and some much-needed AOE damage. Zaouli's Bane is serviceable in the Crucible, but it will get easily outperformed by meta picks like Rose and Igneous Hammer due to its average stats.

Touch of Malice is a rapid-fire Exotic Scout Rifle that eats the user's health to buff its own damage output. It's a decent weapon at base, but once players start working around its life-draining mechanic, it becomes very powerful against the majority of PvE combatants. Like all raid exotics, Touch of Malice's drop chance is very low, though players can increase this chance by completing certain King's Fall Triumphs
