Judgment is part of the Prophecy Dungeon reward pool, and to get it, players need to farm the encounters while the Dungeon is Highlighted in the Rotations (as part of Rite of the Nine) or at any given time. Players can also exchange Nonary Manifolds for a chance to get this weapon as a reward, as long as they are Attuned to it.
It is also important to remember that this weapon has 5 versions, counting the classic Kinetic Judgment from Prophecy (Season of Arrivals) and the four versions of Episode Heresy: Judgment, Judgment (Adept), and the two 'Holofoil' versions, which most likely drop with Curated or God Rolls. Players should also keep in mind that those Holofoil weapons come with their own special design (Shader) and dual perks: that is, one additional perk per column.
