Destiny was released on September 9, 2014. Over the past 10 years, Destiny as a series has had many ups and downs. But even with the Witness dead and the Light and Dark Saga over, there is still so much in store for Destiny 2 players. While details about the next Destiny 2 expansion are scarce, Bungie is taking this time to reflect on the long 10-year journey up to this point.
In fact, there is a special 10th anniversary event that is taking place in Destiny 2. In addition to a new title, you can also obtain a unique set of armor known as the Veteran Legend Armor Set. Here is how you can obtain it.
The event began at daily reset on September 9th. There are no in-game messages that announce it, but the event is active.

The first episode of Destiny 2 is called Echoes and comes with a roster of very unique weapons for players to discover. But are they any good?
How to Get the Veteran Legend Armor Set
In order to get the Veteran Legend Armor set, you must find all of Cayde-6's Stashes that have been hidden in the Tower in the Pale Heart. There are five in total, and each one awards you an armor piece. To find the first stash, go past the mailbox and head up the stairs behind it. At the top of the stairs, take a right and go around the corner to spot the first stash.
The second stash is behind the boxes where Cayde-6 was standing prior to the completion of The Final Shape Campaign.
The third stash can be found by going down the stairs that lead to the Vanguard Command Table back during Destiny 1. At the bottom of the stairs, turn around to see the spot where Eris Morn used to be to find the stash.
To find the fourth stash, go toward the blocked-off entrance to the Hangar. Go past the Cabal Guard and go right toward the balcony. The stash will be there.
The fifth and final stash can be found in the Speaker's Chamber, the same place where you get the Exotic version of Khvostov. Upon entering the chamber, go right toward the window and you will see the last stash.
Do not convert the Veteran Legend Armor set into ornaments. Once you've found all five pieces, go to the Tower social space on Earth and interact with the Special Deliveries Kiosk near Banshee-44. The ornamental version of the armor will be available there.
Does the Veteran Legend Armor Set Do Anything Special?
Upon obtaining all five pieces of the Veteran Legend Armor Set, the objectives for the Legend title will reveal themselves. Other than that, you will need to equip either the armor set or the universal ornament version of the armor to complete two of the objectives that are part of getting the Legend title.
