As one of the most noteworthy studios in the world, it would be strange for ufotable not to announce a replacement. However, there is a good chance that the studio has already chosen a successor for Demon Slayer, and that is Genshin Impact.
Most people have forgotten about ufotable's announcement regarding Genshin Impact. After all, the statement came out in 2022, and there has been absolute silence on the matter, leading some to question whether the studio ever intends to work on the Genshin Impact anime. Fans wouldn't be in the wrong to question ufotable, as there have been no updates from the studio. However, there is a chance that ufotable has been quiet on the matter because it wants to solely focus on Demon Slayer, and nobody can blame the studio for it.

Therefore, ufotable needs to make sure that it doesn't force the staff to work overtime and that they are given enough time to produce another stellar movie. Based on the available statements, each movie takes more than two years to produce. So, if the studio began working in 2025, then the next movie will be released sometime in 2027. There is a chance that some staff members were assigned to the second movie, while the majority worked on the first. If that's the case, the second movie won't take as long as the first. If the studio manages to push out the second movie in 2027, then the third and final movie could premiere in 2029, which falls in line with the speculation of the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle trilogy ending before 2030.
After the trilogy is wrapped up, ufotable might start working on the fifth season of the anime. Many fans believe that the studio won't do such a thing, but it has happened in the past. Besides, it's always better to have an alternative. The fifth season of Demon Slayer won't happen immediately after the trilogy. Ufotable will likely take a year or two to apply some finishing touches to the television series before releasing it.
In case fans don't want to wait for such a long period of time, they can simply start reading the manga, which ended quite some time ago.
