Muichiro went on to refine his techniques over time to establish himself as one of the best demon slayers of the Taisho era. However, the mark can only go so far. Kokushibo has refined his swordsmanship for centuries and understands every technique that someone of even Muichiro's caliber can come up with. Furthermore, his frightening speed is so overwhelming that even the Hashira cannot keep up with it.

What makes Upper Moon One truly frightening is the fact that he can use breathing styles like his adversaries. Moreover, he can also access the Transparent World since he had manifested a Demon Slayer Mark when he was a swordsman. As if these skills already do not make him seem invincible, Kokushibo, like his peers, can also use Blood Demon Art.

Muichiro Tokito might be one of the most talented demon slayers to have ever existed, but even then, facing Kokushibo alone puts him in grave danger. He will have to reinvent swordsmanship to even stand a chance of hurting the Upper Moon. The good news is that he has surprised fans in the past by defeating Gyokko alone.
