The world featured in Deliver At All Costs spans across three major bustling cities, each offering unique side missions to complete and collectibles to acquire. While players can drive around town, causing mayhem and destruction in their wake, it can be a little time-consuming. If you need to travel to another city or a far-off area on the map, trains and boats can come in handy to act as fast travel points between the locations. Here's how to use them and make traveling easier.
The second section of this guide may contain mild spoilers for the end of Act 1 of Deliver At All Costs.
Deliver At All Costs: Tips & Tricks for Beginners
There are some notes that new players should know about while getting into Deliver At All Costs.
How to Fast Travel in Deliver At All Costs
Whether you choose to fast travel by boat or by train in Deliver At All Costs, it's totally free and does not require money.
As there are three large-scale maps in Deliver At All Costs, players have an option to use fast-travel to cover long stretches of distance quickly. There are two main ways to fast travel in the game, by boat or by train. However, it isn't like traditional fast travel akin to other games, as players can only travel between a charted course represented by dotted lines (especially when it comes to boats).
Fast traveling by boat is the first option that players will spot when they start the game and get introduced to the city of St. Monique. After opening the map, you'll spot the little boat icons/stickers, which will indicate where you need to go in order to hitch a ride. Once you arrive at the pier, simply talk to the captain, and they'll help you get to the destination quickly.
How to Unlock Fast Travel Through Trains
Players will unlock fast travel by train after reaching the second act/city, Shellington, in Deliver At All Costs. You'll arrive at Shellington after completing Chapter 5: Critical Mass and surviving a rather disastrous event in St. Monique. Here, you'll be able to travel between cities quickly using the train stations marked on your map.
So, if boats allow players to reach far-off points within a city, trains allow inter-city travel, so they won't have to worry about traffic on the highway anymore. Simply arrive at one of the stations and choose which unlocked city to travel to (on the platform) in Deliver At All Costs.
