Dead by Daylight's upcoming chapter, Dominus, will introduce new Castlevania-themed content. Dead by Daylight's most recent DLC, the Castlevania chapter, experienced a successful launch. Many players believe that Castlevania should get the Resident Evil treatment in Dead by Daylight, especially with how broad the universe of the Castlevania series is. With many protagonists not only in the Belmont Clan, it actually makes sense that other Survivors could be introduced in the future should Dead by Daylight go this route. However, a new announcement regarding the game should help tide over those looking for more Castlevania-related content.
Dead by Daylight Making It Cheaper to Get Some Characters
Dead by Daylight updates its pricing scheme so more players can easily afford to purchase characters and the perks associated with them.
Dead by Daylight's official Twitter account recently shared the upcoming Dominus chapter which focuses on the Castlevania franchise. An attached clip showed previews of various characters, such as Soma Cruz, Death, Shanoa, and Jonathan Morris running around in-game. While the trailer reveals that Dawn of Sorrow's Soma Cruz will be a skin for Trevor Belmont, it seems Shanoa and Jonathan will be costumes for Yui and Felix, respectively, due to how the reveal was labeled. The text in the trailer shows the unlockables as Shanoa's Dress and Jonathan's Attire. Still, this might be a non-issue for most fans, as many agree that the content is timely due to the recent release of the Castlevania Dominus Collection.

A Dracula's Castle charm, a themed banner and badge are also unlockable during the chapter. All these cosmetics are part of the Dominus chapter's Rift Pass which is slated to open on October 8. And while the Castlevania-inspired content is the Tome's focus, many fans are already speculating about which other original characters could be getting their own cosmetics.
With the imminent return of Dead by Daylight's 2v8 mode running parallel to this chapter, it's safe to assume that Tome 21: Dominus and the Halloween season may have a lot of fans getting excited about Dead by Daylight. As new Killers will also be available for this returning mode, some fans believe that The Blight, The Spirit, and The Deathslinger could also get new skins during this chapter. The Castlevania lore is huge, and a few players believe that many of the Killers could easily get themed skins related to Dominus as well if Behaviour and Castlevania could agree to utilize the property.
