The Five Night's at Freddy's Chapter for Dead by Daylight is one of the game's most anticipated updates ever, so it makes sense that there are a bunch of mini events to entice players to jump in and give the game a try. One example is a new Discord quest that gives Dead by Daylight players a free Springtrap profile banner just for playing the game, but some people are having trouble getting their code and claiming their reward.

Springtrap is the headlining killer of the Dead by Daylight FNAF Chapter, and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria has been added to the game as a new map alongside him. The Animatronic is the only FNAF character in Dead by Daylight, though, so there's not a lot of stuff for survivor players to enjoy outside of the new map. The banner from this Discord quest gives all players some Five Nights at Freddy's flair for their profiles at least, though.

How to Complete the Dead by Daylight x FNAF Discord Quest

Dead by Daylight FNAF Discord Quest

To start the Dead by Daylight x Five Nights at Freddy's quest, open Discord and navigate to the Quests page. You can find it on the Discover page, accessed at the very bottom of your server list underneath the "Add a Server" button. There, you can see every currently active Discord quest, including the FNAF one. If you can't find it, here's a direct link to the Dead by Daylight x Five Nights at Freddy's Discord quest.

Several games are currently promoting their own Discord quests, so you may have to scroll a bit down the page to find Springtrap. Once you find the quest, click the accept button and then choose whether you'll be playing on PC or console. Discord will automatically see if you're playing Dead by Daylight on PC, but you'll have to click "Check For Launches" on the quest page if you're playing on Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch.

Make sure your console's account is linked to your Discord account in order to track your progress for this quest. Also, your progress may not be tracked if your account is set to appear offline on PlayStation or Xbox.

Once you've played Dead by Daylight for 15 minutes on the platform of your choice, you'll receive a code that can be redeemed in Dead by Daylight for the Springtrap banner. Redeem it in the in-game store and you'll find it in your player profile. It's animated, too! This banner is only available for a limited time, so make sure you complete this Discord quest as soon as possible if you don't want to miss out on any Dead by Daylight x Five Nights at Freddy's goodness.
