What happens when friends, family, and celebrities become Mii™ characters and live together on an island? Tomodachi Life happens! Start by creating Mii characters and customizing everything about them. Have fun recreating your best friend, your favorite actor, mom and dad, co-workers...whoever! Then watch as they rap, rock, eat donuts, fall in love, break up, go shopping, play games, and live their crazy Mii lives.

This life simulation game originally came out for the Nintendo 3DS as the second game in the Tomodachi series. Like its predecessor, this game also takes place on an island inhabited by various Miis. However, Tomodachi Life features many more locations than the first game for even more varied in-game activities and interactions. 

Get in-game currency by interacting with the islanders, resolving their problems, and giving gifts. In-game currency can also be gained by going to the Fountain for donations from the islanders and selling non-interactive items gained from Miis at the Pawn Shop. The player can unlock special items and transport islanders using SpotPass and StreetPass.
