Starfield

I find the game very entertaining I do see why some advanced players may find faults in the game but the genius is that it can be played by All ages groups and with me being in the advanced age group rather than advanced player group I like it.

Replaying base game after being away for about a year I like it much better now first play through wasted hours learning temples, docking, cargo xfers, why crew members are insubordinate and nagging at me just like my wife. The learning curve did not make the first game the best game. I have now been rabidly occupied for about 2 weeks playing the dune buggy Def helped. A few things to make it better would be to double points for the skill tree or make it possible to buy one for each one earned . And to remember this is a fantasy escape main characters should be better looking than they are(Sarah and andrea) and get rid of the all to realistic (lm mad at you but I'm not telling you why) I would trade andeja for the akila city mineral seller and send Sarah to enhance. And make more npcs romancable.l hope updates can fix this stuff but I realize some of it may be too deeply embedded to change.

Some of the criticism is warranted, but seems like some were expecting miracles, which will always leave you disappointed. I think the game is great and it will only get better with the game updates, DLCs and Creations.

As a casual gamer I absolutely loved this game. It's been decades since I played a game this much. Beautiful views, great missions, outstanding weapons. The ships are pretty cool as well. Outstanding work Bethesda. Keep those DLCs coming, and I'll keep buying them.

Great game. I love coming home from work and unwinding while exploring the universe from my chair. I have recommended this game to several people

Starfield already has a lot going for it. The core gameplay is fun and immersive shipbuilding is detailed and rewarding, outpost construction offers creative freedom, and planetary exploration delivers a genuine sense of scale and discovery. The combat both on foot and in space feels solid, and the sheer variety of environments, factions, and quests keeps things fresh.

But where it really gets exciting is with what the Creations and modding community have started to unlock. We've seen glimpses of a future where you can command full fleets, call in orbital strikes, engage in more meaningful interplanetary trade, and interact with a dynamic economy. These additions show just how much untapped potential the game has.

What Starfield needs now is refinement and purpose in its existing systems:

Outpost building needs more strategic importance perhaps through supply chains, local defense, or faction influence.

Crafted materials need more practical use in the economy or advanced tech trees.

Fleet management should become a full gameplay loop allowing you to assign tasks, defend regions, and take part in full-scale space wars.

The economy needs depth: dynamic pricing, faction-driven demand, supply disruptions, and the ability for players to influence it.

Bethesda has built a beautiful universe but beauty alone isn’t enough. If they stay committed and keep pushing out meaningful updates and improvements, Starfield could evolve into something truly exceptional an epic sci-fi sandbox that stands the test of time.

Right now, it's a strong game. With sustained development, it can be a masterpiece.

Great fun for a short while, then it becomes quite boring. Initially I found some locations to be very fascinating, but the game is let down by a lack of interesting characters and quests.

I like Starfield. The graphics are pretty good, I rarely follow the storyline of Bethesda games I play...TES games, Fallout games, and Starfield. However, with Starfield, what I didn't like was the starting price, there are a lot of everyday players that can't afford $99 for a game. The main problems I have with Starfield is all of the useless junk and clutter they have in the game, (what is the purpose?)...and the other problem I have is all of the useless and senseless skills required to get to the skills you need and want. Please remove ALL of the useless clutter that highlights when using your scanner. All in all a good and decent game.

I've always wanted a "Fallout 4" in space/modern game. Starfield is that game. As long as you go into it with that mindset you will enjoy this game. Saying There's so much room to grow, is a understatement. From what I've seen so far the modder's are having fun with it as well.

The downside. It's "Fallout 4" in space. It needs some loving and/or updates to bring it into it's own. The major downfall was creating a 1000 systems and then leaving a better part of them empty. So As long as the Dev's and/or Modder's keep working on it, then I can see myself playing for many years to come.

I would rate a little higher but on the outpost feature, the interstellar cargo links do not work and are bugged. I contacted customer support but got nothing. I hope that Bethesda is just too busy trying to fix the issue, that's probably wishful thinking though. In addition, I loved the crafting system, especially making your own starship. Also, making your own character customizable at the beginning and at certain spots of the game is sweet too. Most of the story is pretty good, it's just characters that arex%

I have almost 6000 hours in the Starfield, been through the unity. Almost fifty times best game ever made.

Great game very deep gameplay just wished they added Multi player in the future patches

Okay for starters we the gamers we did not care if the buggy released with shattered space or not we the gamers wanted new ship parts new interesting way to build our ships also would be sweet to get a space station or even elements from risk the game so we can have a ongoing space battle etc etc the games already set the stage for an epic war between the faction you choose and any of the others and could even drop dlc to learn why they do what they do hahahaha. 8 out of 10 because it's missing a bigger scale battle set in game

Overhyped and overrated.

I never felt anything unique about Starfield when playing it. The main campaign was quite shallow and simple.

The only positive story experience was the outlaw gang, but even that didn't prove anything to be worth 25 years of focus.

I think Starfield is a good example of quantity over quality. A big world full of empty!
