Red Orchestra 2 focuses on the Battle of Stalingrad and the surrounding operations, both German and Russian, from July 1942 to February 1943. The tactical multiplayer first-person shooter comes from Tripwire Interactive known for the Killing Floor series.
The game allows the player to experience one of the most brutal battles in all of human history. Delivering unrivalled accuracy and attention to detail, along with gritty, vicious combat in multiplayer modes, the game features everything from quick, brutal firefights to more intricate and challenging tactical modes.
Firefight is the game's Team Deathmatch where the first team to kill a certain number of the enemy team or to get more overall kills, wins.
Search and Destroy plays like Counter-Strike matches where you must defuse bomb in specific location before the bomb carrier can detonate the package.
Territory Control is a 40-minute to 2-hour long objective-oriented match between two teams. You must complete all objectives or eliminate the enemy team before time runs out.
Countdown mode lets one team attack while the other defends with dead teammates only respawning if a member captures an enemy control point within 3 minutes.
