Diamond and Pearl brought in the fourth generation and, man, the introduction of online features was huge. However, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the slower battle system and the ridiculously long menus. Sinnoh’s a fun region to explore, but the game does feel a bit bogged down by its own mechanics. Still, there’s a lot to love, especially if you’re into competitive battling.
