Description

Designed alongside health and fitness experts, EA SPORTS Active encourages you to get in shape with fun games and tailor-made workout routines. The software’s many exercises make use of the motion-sensing Wii Remote and Nunchuk, as well as a specially designed leg strap and resistance band that work with the Wii controllers to ensure you always enjoy a varied and productive workout.

From the comfort of your own living room, you can use EA SPORTS Active to target your upper body, lower body and cardiovascular fitness as you try a broad range of activities that include cardio boxing, bicep curls, dancing, shoulder presses, jogging and much more. An on-screen instructor will get you started by showing you how to perform every exercise correctly – from how to hold the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to the proper posture required for each activity. As you exercise, the instructor will chip in with helpful advice and encouragement based on your movements.
