In February 2025, Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 began filming. The actors have been seen in New York City for the production of the anticipated season. X user @RayyanTCG, a writer at The Cine Geek, shared a photo from the set featuring Camila Rodriguez as the new White Tiger. Rodriguez portrays Angela del Toro in Born Again. She is the niece of Hector Ayala (Kamar de los Reyes), the original White Tiger. Hector is killed by Sgt. Cole North (Jeremy Earl) in Season 1. Hector is wrongly accused of murdering Kel Shanahan after the latter died during an altercation. Matt defends Hector and the latter is acquitted. However, North cannot accept the court's decision and brings the matter into his own hands by killing Hector. Hector gains enhanced abilities through the Tiger Amulets, which Angela inherits following her uncle's passing. So, it only makes sense for her to return as the new White Tiger in Daredevil: Born Again Season 2.

Fans were happy about White Tiger's return. However, they were disappointed with Rodriguez's costume because it looked plain. In the snap, she's wearing a white hoodie and a black vest with matching black pants. Her face is covered with a black and white patterned scarf. Many feel that her costume is inferior to de los Reyes' White Tiger. So, some fans hope it's not her actual costume and that her look is just temporary. Another agreed, suggesting it's probably Angela's "makeshift costume" because they are hiding from Fisk. She appears to be wearing a casual look -- a hoodie, a pair of pants, and a vest with a white scarf with black stripes covering her face. Also, she's wearing knee pads and elbow pads, so who knows if she's just biking in the scene. In the comics, Angela's White Tiger dons a white outfit with black detailing, outlining her gloves and boots. The stylized tiger stripes are noticeable on the arms, chest, and legs. She also wears a white mask with black detailing that matches her suit for anonymity, and the look enhances her feline, stealthy appearance. Angela's White Tiger suit version is more tactical than that of Hector in the comics. It has modern elements and visually sharper contrasts, reflecting her background as a former FBI agent.
