The Cursed House arc focuses on Okarun and Momo's adventures in Daija Town as they embark on an ambitious mission to help their friend Jin. The final two episodes of Dandadan season 1 revolve exclusively on this arc. In order to set the groundwork for their daunting mission ahead, the episodes offer a superficial understanding of what life is like in Enjoji's village.

While most conversations do not go in-depth, they do offer clues about the dangers that lie in Momo and Okarun's path. Jin's confession that he has been haunted by an evil spirit, and several exorcism attempts have led to the suicide of the spirit mediums involved, paint a terrifying picture of the enemy the deuteragonist is about to face.

As if that is not scary enough, Enjoji's landlords appear to keep a close eye on his family and seem to be involved in shady practices. With the discovery of a secret room in the house, season 1 ends on a cliffhanger, leaving fans with a ton of questions.

Perhaps the most puzzling debut that would confuse fans is the mysterious spirit that haunts Enjoji's house. Dandadan season 2 trailer reveals that he will end up possessing Jin's body and use it as a vessel to take revenge. But at the moment, it remains uncertain what grudges he has been holding inside and why he seems to have a deep-rooted hatred for humanity.

Interestingly, Daija Town's mysteries do not end there. The trailer also hints that the spirit, Kito family, and a dragon will somehow be connected to the volcano in the city that will eventually erupt under specific circumstances. However, it is unclear if the dragon mentioned in this context actually refers to a mythical organism or something else completely.

In all the chaos, the Cursed House arc will also have some of the most exciting battles in the series so far. Okarun will fight the evil spirit possessing Jin and put his life on the line to keep Momo safe. Meanwhile, several new characters will also be introduced who could potentially become part of Momo and Okarun's small group.

It remains to be seen how exactly the story will unfold following the cliffhanger ending, but one can be sure of one thing: the Cursed House arc, with all its mysteries, bizarre new characters, and exciting fight scenes, is all set to shock and entertain Dandadan fans.
