While Her Majesty may look unimpressive at a glance, given it is a simple variant of the standard Unity handgun, players should not underestimate the power of this weapon. V's first encounter with Her Majesty sees them looking down its barrel after Alex pulls the weapon on them when bringing Solomon Reed into her bar, The Moth. Later in the story, Alex will give V Her Majesty in preparation for infiltrating the Black Sapphire with Reed, demonstrating her trust in the player and desire to see this mission to its end.

Her Majesty is a clear upgrade over the basic Unity handgun with a drastically increased Damage per Hit stat of 89.23 versus the basic Unity's 21.93. It also has a more effective range and better weapon handling stat compared to its basic counterpart as well. However, the most useful aspect of Her Majesty is its Iconic Modifier ability, which turns this handgun from a solid sidearm into an assassin's best friend.
Players with the Optical Camo cyberware installed can take full advantage of Her Majesty since activating the Optical Camo implant allows Her Majesty to deal guaranteed headshots with increased damage and perfect accuracy. This is an incredible ability that can make dealing with unsuspecting enemy targets a breeze. It also fits with the stealthy, spy-thriller aesthetic of Phantom Liberty's campaign, making Her Majesty the ultimate weapon for V's stint as an FIA operative in Night City's Dogtown.
Although Her Majesty is ideal for players utilizing a stealth play style like a Netrunner build for V, it can be just as useful for nearly any build type in the game thanks to its relatively high damage output and easy-to-use weapon handling stat. Cyberpunk 2077's 2.0 update made creating the optimal build much easier with its enhanced skill tree system, and as a result, builds can be more flexible to incorporate whatever type of weapon players want to use. With this new build system, Her Majesty can easily become a staple on any build that utilizes perks like Run 'n' Gun, Focus, Deadeye, and Nerves of Tungsten-Steel.
