Solomon Reed is one of the best characters from Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, and it’s no surprise that fans would want to know how to get their hands on his iconic gun. Solomon Reed wouldn’t be the first cool character in Cyberpunk 2077 to have an even cooler pistol. Just look to Johnny Silverhand and his Malorian Arms 3516 pistol, which shoots anti-tank rounds.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty – Best New Areas, Ranked

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty brings many new interesting areas into the game, and here are the coolest of the bunch.

Solomon Reed’s pistol in Cyberpunk 2077 is a little more tactical and sleek, and it’s less about the stopping power to take out Cyberpsychos and steal the show, and more about keeping focused on the mission, and not compromising. It’s a great gun for stealth, but in order to get Solomon Reed’s gun, Pariah, players might not like the step to claim it.

Kill Solomon Reed

The only way players can get their hands on the Iconic Pistol Pariah is by killing Solomon Reed during The Killing Moon quest in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. In order to do this, players need to carry Songbird to the space shuttle towards the end of the mission, and when ordered to place So Mi’s body on the ground, they can hold their Aim Button to hold their revolver at Solomon Reed. This will start a quick and slow-mo event in which players need to hit the Fire Button to shoot Solomon Reed at least 3 times.

Once Solomon Reed drops to the floor, dead, players can pick Songbird back up and place her onto the space shuttle. After Songbird has been sent off, players can walk to Solomon Reed’s corpse and pick up Pariah, the Tier 5+ Iconic Tech Pistol. It’s a shame that the only way to get Solomon Reed’s gun in Cyberpunk 2077 is to kill Solomon Reed, which can only be done in The Killing Moon. If players decided to Help Solomon Reed capture Songbird in the Firestarter mission, then they have locked themselves out of The Killing Moon.

If players killed Solomon Reed and did not pick up his gun, then they do not need to worry, as they can purchase missing Iconic weapons from Herold, the black market gun vendor found in the EBM Petrochem Stadium within Dogtown.

Pariah, Iconic Tech Pistol

Owned by Special Agent Solomon Reed. Time-worn, tried, tested and true.

Pariah is an Iconic Tech Pistol that can be found with the following stats and modifiers:

Attack Speed

3.33

Damage

35.63

Reload Speed

1

Effective Range

42

Weapon Handling

7.32

  • +150% Headshot Damage Multiplier
  • +50% Armor Penetration
  • 0.75sec Charge Time

Reed’s modifications have turned this into a silent weapon. Headshots reduce charge time and increase reload speed.

If players press the Fire Button, then Pariah will shoot a three-round burst into enemies. By holding the Fire Button and then releasing it, all three rounds will be fired at once into one supercharged shot. Reed’s Pariah gun is one of the best weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 for players looking for a stealth build. The weapon boasts a brilliant Headshot Damage Multiplier, which can be improved even more thanks to the Stealth Perks found in the Cool Attribute Perk Tree.

Each headshot will grant a superior and faster reload speed and a reduced charge time. The fact that the weapon has a built-in suppressor makes it even more superior to other stealth weapons, as they will not see a damage reduction for adding a suppressor.

Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty is out now for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
