O'Five is definitely a Power Sniper Rifle worth keeping an eye on due to its iconic modifiers that turn it into a railgun. While the weapon is fun thanks to its explosive bullets, it lacks the headshot multiplier of other snipers, and a faster reload from burning enemies doesn't excuse the fact that players are reduced to a slow walk when using this weapon. Regardless, it's easy enough to get early on due to players just needing to beat someone up for it. This Sniper benefits from long-range engagements where players can set enemies on fire without risk of their own demise, but the reduction to movement speed and the lack of damage make for a mediocre weapon.

The Borzaya is rather impressive as both a canine and now as a Sniper Rifle. This variation has a high chance to inflict Burn on to enemies, and for enemies that are affected by Burn, they will always take Critical Hit damage to make sure every hit penetrates and stings more than the fire that scorches their bodies. This damage will extend depending on how many enemies are on fire and affected by Burn, but the cost of reduced accuracy will make decent distance fights a tad burdensome when trying to juggle all of these bonuses.

If players like to zap to the extreme, then they should look to the Sparky Sniper Rifle, as each headshot will apply Shock and electrify the enemies impacted. While there's nothing special about this weapon outside this modifier, it's still a fun time to blast at enemies and go zap-zap-zap. The magazine is short, the range is decent, and the reload speed is fairly lengthy, but electric bolts provided on each headshot ensure the wrath of Zeus is chambered in each shot.

For players who just can't seem to sit still, there's the Foxhound. This Sniper Rifle works great with the fast movement and gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077, as long as players stay on the move, the more damage their weapon deals. To top it all off, movement speed is further increased on each kill and dismemberment, so it's truly a weapon that benefits from constantly moving feet and plenty of death. Being able to change the scope means that players don't have to stick to far distances, as they can use this as a Precision Rifle instead, shooting enemies and dismembering them for a movement boost, along with greater Armor Penetration.

If players want something more like a marksman rifle than a Sniper, then look to the NDI Osprey, an oversized Sniper that can be fired from the hip, with the added benefit of being fired in full auto. While movement speed may be reduced, the explosive rounds, headshot damage, and potential for fast reloads on a hip-firing death-providing monster are too good to ignore. This Sniper Rifle also has a great magazine size, and while the reload speed is pretty hefty, the headshot damage from the hip more than makes up for it, as does the Burning chance for added damage.

There's nothing worse than a cowering enemy seeking cover against the might of a Sniper Rifle. Luckily, this Sniper doesn't accept the rules when it comes to cover, and will happily charge up to fire a wall-piercing shot. Penetrating through cover and allowing said charged shots to ricochet will provide a battlefield of death for all but V, especially with such high damage numbers for headshots.
