Coral Island: How to Find Band of Smiles

The newest indie farming simulation game, Coral Island, features a wide range of activities to keep players hooked for hours. An exciting aspect of this farming RPG is exploring the tropical island’s vast wilderness and discovering the caverns and dungeons surrounding it. Players will often encounter various monsters crawling through the mines, making combat an essential skill for all players.

If players want to level up their combat skills, they need to find the Band of Smiles. The Band of Smiles (B.O.S.) Is a secret hideout in Coral Island, dedicated to protecting the island from monsters. It is essentially an adventurer’s guild where players can purchase a variety of items and equipment useful for dangerous encounters in the cavern. This guide can help adventurous players join the Band of Smiles in Coral Island.

How to Join the Band of Smiles in Coral Island

The Band of Smiles Hideout can be found next to Kira’s house in Coral Island. Kira is a retired monster hunter who runs the B.O.S. She lives in a cabin in The Forest, located in the western part of the island.

Unfortunately, this hideout is locked at the beginning of the game. Players must complete an initiation quest to gain access to the Band of Smiles. Once they reach level 10 of the Earth mine, Kira sends the player a letter, inviting them to her organization. This triggers the Entrance Exam quest, which requires players to defeat at least 30 monsters.

Slaying 30 monsters sounds like a lot. However, the monsters in the initial levels of the mines are quite easy to kill. After completing the entrance exam, players can head over to Kira’s house. Kira and the rest of the guild members (Mark, Axel, and Senja) finalize the player’s initiation into the Band of Smiles Hideout. When the quest ends, a short cutscene is triggered where Kira introduces the player to the Band of Smiles and gives them a tour of the hideout’s interior.

Once they have a membership, players can visit the hideout anytime between 9 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Friday. They have full access to the guild’s services and can meet Jio Dan – another B.O.S. Member who runs the guild’s store. Players can purchase a variety of weapons, rings, and other items at the B.O.S. Shop. Additionally, they can complete any errands posted on the B.O.S. Job Board or requested by the guild’s members.
