The Best War Games can exclusively share the latest trailer for Concierge, an upcoming indie horror game with a disorienting setting. This early look at Concierge arrives just ahead of its release, which will be marked by a limited-time launch discount and a $500 bounty offered to early adopters.
Concierge is a surrealist narrative puzzle thriller serving as the debut title from KODINO Artes, a two-person indie studio based out of Brazil. Set inside a decrepit hotel fractured into half a dozen distinct realities, it pushes players to read its spaces as much as its story, using an unreliable camcorder to uncover hidden messages and other secrets, all while faced with constantly shifting circumstances that even result in the game blending different genres.

Some horror games tend to drag, but these ones draw players right into the action and the scares.
Concierge Launch Trailer Teases the Game's $500 Bounty
In the lead-up to its September 17 release, publisher Digital Tribe Games shared a new Concierge trailer, which The Best War Games can exclusively reveal. The video further highlights the disorienting nature of the game, giving its setting an out-of-time feel, along with some "Hotel California" vibes. It also reveals that the upcoming horror game will feature an unusual gimmick in the form of a $500 bounty.
How Concierge's $500 Bounty Works
The Concierge bounty will go into effect at launch, offered to the first player who solves a hidden riddle embedded within the hotel's deepest layers. The challenge runs until November 3, lining up with the end of Steam's Halloween period. KODINO Artes framed the bounty as an homage to vintage puzzle hunts like Atari's SwordQuest, inviting the online community to dig far beyond the critical path, something that the game itself encourages anyway. Concierge will be released exclusively on Steam, at least for the time being. It will be available for $12.99 beginning tomorrow, September 17, courtesy of a 25% launch discount.
September 2025 is shaping up to be a massive month for horror game fans, both in terms of quality and variety of new releases on offer. The month opened with Bad Cheese, a first-person psychological horror featuring an art style drawing from 1920s cartoons. On September 5, the Silent Hill 2 remake developer Bloober Team launched its latest title, Cronos: The New Dawn, which has been getting largely favorable reviews, as highlighted by its "Strong" rating on OpenCritic.
Next up is Concierge itself, whose genre-blending gameplay will add variety to this month's horror offerings on September 17. Two days later, Dying Light: The Beast is scheduled to drop for PC and consoles, catering to players looking for a more action-focused horror experience. Finally, Silent Hill f releases September 25, taking the iconic horror series to Japan for the first time ever, and furthest back in time to date.
