Where to Find Spectral Tissue in Code Vein 2
The Revenge's Hunger booster that players can craft from any Jadwiga's minion or Jadwiga herself at MagMell is great for farming Haze needed to level up. Almost all the items needed to make this booster come from Spectral enemies you encounter in the Undead Forest during Holly's arc. Aside from the Spectral Tissue, all the other Spectral items drop quite commonly, so you do not need to worry about them.
When it comes to the Spectral Tissue, look for an area with multiple Spectral enemies and a Mistle nearby so you can reset the area. For this, you will need to explore the Frontier Observation Post first. This location, which might look inaccessible from the outside, has a secret entrance that players can check out during the Present. From the Mistle outside the Bureau Castle, head along the north road and immediately turn right to go towards the Tower of Regeneration in the distance, where you get a Golden Blood Bead.
Now, you need to make your way to the southwest side of this crater, directly below the Frontier Observation Post, to find a checkpoint stone. Interact with it, go up the stairs, and complete the dungeon. When you come across the only Mistle inside the building, you will be ready to farm the Tissues.
From the Mistle, turn around and deal with the Spectral enemy behind you, then go down the stairs next to the Mistle and knock out all of the other enemies on the ground. There will be a few enemies fighting with each other, and your main targets are the enemies with the Twin Blades, since they have a high chance of dropping the Spectral Tissue. There are two in this area, and once all of them are dead, fast travel back to the Mistle up top and go again.
