Regional Pathos in Code Vein 2 are resident spirits that players can pray to to get their blessing. These blessings act as passive buffs that can increase your Max HP, give your regeneration uses a boost, and much more. There are multiple Regional Pathos in every region, and all of these can be activated at the same time to give you numerous buffs.

All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in MagMell Island
Ingrid - The Savant
- Blessing: Max LP and Ichor Boost
East of the Ruins Mistle. Go east of the Tower of Regeneration to spot the Regional Pathos from a distance.
Gyoten - The Explorer
- Blessing: Resistance to All Status Ailments and Regeneration Use Boost
Inside Cliff Underground Ruins. The entrance to these ruins is located in the far north of the island. Head left of the Forma Storage Tower and go around.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Sunken City
Claire - Right Hand of Idris
- Blessing: Restorative Offering Healing Boost
Northwest of Western Gatehouse Ruins. From the Mistle, head north up the road, then turn left and climb up the hill to reach this Regional Pathos.
Carmen - The Star
- Blessing: Max Stamina and Mind Boost
South of Josee's Outpost. Follow the road south from the outpost while staying close to the edge to spot this.
Milo - The Engineer
- Blessing: Max Ichor and Dexterity Boost
Inside the Sunken Pylon. Instead of going down the elevator, go behind the elevator up front to spot another elevator that goes up and leads you to the Regional Pathos.
Armand - The Warhorse
- Blessing: Attack Power and Strength Boost
Inside Arcade Ruins. Defeat the boss at the end of the dungeon and go forward.
Adelheid - The Holy Maiden
- Blessing: Vitality and Regeneration Use Boost
East of Plateau Overlooking City Mistle. Go to the church and head to the back to find a ladder that you can climb up to find this.
Egbert - The Ruler
- Blessing: Max HP and Willpower Boost
Inside Mountain Underground Facility. The entrance to this facility is to the east of Checkpoint Ruins after going right from the main road.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Corroded Scar
Clara - The Blood Bag
- Blessing: Blood Code Mastery Efficiency Up
Inside the Underground Shelter on Outskirts. Head northeast of the Plateau Ruins to find an underground entrance leading to the Regional Pathos.
Theodore - Mutinous Knight
- Blessing: Guarding Stamina Cost Reduction and Max Ichor Boost
Inside Northern Watch Fort. Go north following the road from the Miners' Abandoned Village, and you will soon come to the fort.
Gordon - The Master Craftsman
- Blessing: Attack Power and Enemy Recoverable Damage Reduction Boost
Inside Crystal Grotto. Make your way to the Limestone Cave that is to the east of the South Bridge Elevator during Lyle's main story segment.
Karl - The Victory
- Blessing: Extended Forma Effect and Regeneration Use Boost
Northwest of Pioneer Castle. This is near the Tower of Regeneration that can be accessed through the Riverport Watch Fort.
Shizuku - The Ascetic
- Blessing: Max Stamina and Partner Attack Power Boost
Next to the Valley Overlook Hot Springs. Head further south of the main road leading from Northern Watch Fort.
Ella - The Sun Princess
- Blessing: Max HP, Max LP, and Resistance to All Status Ailments Boost
Inside Corroded Mine. Near the Mistle is a broken-down building with the Regional Pathos inside.

Cyrus - The Musician
- Blessing: Max LP and Defense Against Elemental Attacks Boost
Northeast of Bureau's Castle. Follow the road going down to find this.
Lucia - Mother of the Wasteland
- Blessing: Max Stamina and Number of Foods That Can be Used in a Single Exploration Boost
Inside Mountain Hamlet. From the Dam Lakeside Mistle, follow the main road and head west to follow a path that leads to the entrance of the Mountain Hamlet. Inside the area, stick to the west wall to find this.
Konrad - Father of the Cult
- Blessing: Max Ichor and Willpower Boost
South of Sanatorium, inside Gorge Cave. You will find this cave during Holly's story segment, and you can find the Regional Pathos inside.
The Nameless Heroes
- Blessing: Fire Element Applied to Weapons and Regeneration Use Boost
East of Abandoned Hilltop Church. Follow the main road north, and turn right at the end to find this location.
Alessandro Gobbo
- Blessing: Higher Drop Rate From Defeated Enemies
Inside Bureau Castle. Complete Josee's fading bond to gain access to the castle. After the boss fight, check the boss arena for this.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Insula Carcere
Hyuga - The Escape Artist
- Blessing: Max HP, Max LP, and Regeneration Use Boost
North of Insula Carcere Mistle. Follow the shore to find the Regional Pathos.
Unlocking this region requires you to unseal and defeat all three of the other heroes.
