Call of Duty continues to collaborate with the world of TV and movies as the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 cycle ends. In addition to the arrival of Michael Myers as part of the Season 6 update, Art the Clown from the Terrifier franchise is making their debut in Activision's shooter series.
Season 6 sees the return of The Haunting event to multiplayer and Call of Duty: Warzone to celebrate the Halloween festivities, and Terrifier's main antagonist joins a long list of horror movie icons that have featured in previous games. For those unsure, here's how to unlock Art the Clown to terrify the opposition in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.

How To Unlock Art The Clown In MW3 & Warzone
Tracker Pack: Terrifier Bundle
As Art the Clown arrives to Call of Duty as part of a collaboration, players have to purchase the Tracer Pack: Terrifier bundle from the in-game store when it arrives. As a store bundle, this means that players won't have to complete any kind of challenges to add the smiling clown to their collection of Operators.
The Tracer Pack: Terrifier bundle is expected to follow the same formula as other crossover cosmetics that have released throughout the Modern Warfare 3 cycle at a cost of 2400 COD Points.
Does Art The Clown Transfer To Black Ops 6?
For those unsure about purchasing Art the Clown, knowing if the Operator transfers over to Black Ops 6 could determine whether they spend their COD Points on the character. Unfortunately, Art the Clown will not transfer to Black Ops 6, but players can still use the skin in Warzone.
Modern Warfare 3 saw all Modern Warfare 2 content carry across to Sledgehammer Games' release, but with Treyarch introducing a wealth of innovation following a record-breaking beta, it appears there's no room for the existing content to transfer to another Call of Duty release.
Who Is Art The Clown?
Big Bad of the Terrifier Franchise
Art the Clown is a character from the Terrifier movie franchise. The clown first appeared in 2008's The 9th Circle and the first Terrifier movie, which was released in 2011.
The antagonist's appearance in Call of Duty marks the first time Art the Clown has appeared outside the world of TV and movies. In December 2023, Terrifier creator Damien Leone teased plans for a Terrifier video game, revealing he would "love a video game" to Screenrant.
Art the Clown's arrival in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Warzone is set to be a popular one with fans of the movies and players looking to stand out from the crowd on the virtual battlefield.
