How To Unlock The JAK Slash Aftermarket Part

The JAK Slash Aftermarket is a free reward tied to Week 3 of Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 5. To unlock it, players will need to complete any five of the seven available Week 3 Challenges across Multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies. To view the challenges for Week 3, players can head over to the Launcher Menu, select Challenges, and then navigate to the Weekly tab.

Once players have completed at least five of the seven challenges, they can equip the JAK Slash Aftermarket Part as an Underbarrel attachment with compatible weapons via the Gunsmith.

Once Season 5 is over, the JAK Slash Aftermarket Part will enter the Armory Unlock section for those who have not unlocked it.

How To Use The JAK Slash Aftermarket Part

The JAK Slash Aftermarket Part is an Underbarrel attachment that provides a slight boost in movement speed, sprint speed, and vertical recoil control — at the cost of increased hip fire spread and tactical stance spread. While the stats of the JAK Slash are not particularly impressive, the Underbarrel offers a unique feature that makes it similar to the likes of the JAK Limb Ripper.

This nifty attachment actually doubles as a melee weapon, replacing the player's standard weapon-butt melee with a lethal slash. This allows players to gain an elimination with a single tap of the Melee Button in Multiplayer, along with increased melee damage in Warzone.
