Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 provides players with 4 weeks of pre-season weekly challenge brackets to entice players with some bonus rewards outside the standard six battle pass seasons. Similar to Apex Legends, players will unlock these weekly brackets on a rolling basis, but will be able to go back and complete challenges from previous weekly brackets even after that week has passed - allowing players to take on challenges at their own pace and when available to dedicate time to Call of Duty.
This is an awesome addition to Call of Duty multiplayer challenges that not only provides huge amounts of bonus experience that can help players reach their next unlock or prestige level, but also offers players unique new weapons and conversion kits - modified variants of weapons that offer new feels (and new stat builds) to familiar weapons. If players can unlock all four weekly rewards by completing five challenges in each of the 4 weekly brackets, players will be awarded the Golden River weapon camo.
The Week 1 challenge bracket will ward players a conversion kit for the MCW Assault Rifle. The Jak Raven Kit will greatly increase hipfire and tac stance accuracy with the weapon, while also increasing the rate of fire in exchange for damage and heavily reducing recoil control, bullet velocity, and range. Players must complete a total of five challenges out of the 14 available.

The last week of Modern Warfare 3's pre-season will award players a new weapon if they can complete any five Week 4 challenges. The TAQ Eradicator is an LMG with a modified firing pattern that starts incredibly fast and inaccurate, then quickly slows down and gains accuracy.

Players will automatically gain access to the Golden River camo once all four rewards available across each challenge bracket are collected. Just head to the gunsmith and equip the camo to the preferred weapon.
