Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies may just be one of the greatest renditions of the popular round-based mode yet, with a whole lot for players to uncover. With the biggest launch map in Zombies since Tranzit, and perhaps one of the hardest Easter Egg Quests to date on Ashes of the Damned, this year is definitely a big one for Zombies players.

From grinding through Main Quests, exploring side Easter Eggs, and even high-rounding in Survival, you may have noticed that when you Pack-a-Punch your weapon, you receive a unique Camo for each map. However, there is actually a way to disable your Pack-a-Punch Camo in Black Ops 7, along with methods for unlocking even more Pack-a-Punch Camos and applying those to your weapons. Here is how.

How to Disable Pack-a-Punch Camos in Black Ops 7 Zombies

There are two ways to disable Pack-a-Punch Camos in Black Ops 7 Zombies. The first is likely the method that most long-time Zombies players will be familiar with, as it has carried over from previous titles. This can be done by meleeing the Pack-a-Punch Machine, which should turn from the usual blue to green. If you Pack-a-Punch a weapon while the machine is green, the Pack-a-Punch Camo will not be applied to your current weapon.

The second method will completely disable Pack-a-Punch Camos for all weapons. To do this, head to Weapons in the main menu and select Zombies Skins. From here, go to Pack-a-Punch Camos and set the Pack-a-Punch Camos Toggle Option to Off. Once set, all weapons that are Pack-a-Punched, no matter the map or tier, will retain their standard look before being upgraded, thus allowing players to keep their desired Weapon Camo or Blueprints appearance.

How to Change Pack-a-Punch Camos in Black Ops 7 Zombies

To change your Pack-a-Punch Camos, head to the Weapons tab in the main menu, go to Zombies Skins, and then select Pack-a-Punch Camos. From here, you can choose your preferred Pack-a-Punch Camo for each upgrade tier, and whichever one you pick will automatically apply to your weapon once you reach that tier in-game.

As of the pre-season of Black Ops 7, players can only choose between the standard Ashes of the Damned Pack-a-Punch Camos or the ones unlocked through Cursed Mode, with your selected Camos overriding the default versions across all maps released during the game’s six-season run. To revert to the standard unique camos for each map, deselect the currently equipped camo for each respective tier.
