Black Ops 6's release is getting closer every day, promising players access to action-packed modes like Multiplayer and Zombies, along with a thrilling Campaign that acts as a direct sequel to Black Ops: Cold War. While all-new content is exciting for many, some players who regularly play Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone may be concerned about what content will carry over from one game to the next.

Modern Warfare 3 introduced the first version of Carry Forward with its release, allowing content from Modern Warfare 2 to carry over into the next premium title. This included weapons, Operator cosmetics, and more. Black Ops 6 will also feature some carried-over content, though not exactly in the same way as the previous Call of Duty title.

For those unsure about how to unlock the Reflect 115 camo in Warzone and Modern Warfare 3, this guide will explain what needs to be done.

What Content Will Carry Over To Black Ops 6 & Warzone?

Activision has confirmed in a Call of Duty blog post that no content from Modern Warfare 2 or Modern Warfare 3 will carry over to the premium experience of Black Ops 6. This means that weapons earned in both games, along with Operator Skins, Camos, and Weapon Blueprints, will not be available in Black Ops 6. The only exception here is the Woods Operator Pack, which players can get for both Black Ops 6 and Modern Warfare 3 by pre-ordering Black Ops 6.

On the Warzone side of things, however, fans can expect all content from both Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 to remain available even after Black Ops 6 is integrated into the game during the debut of Season 1. This means players will still have access to all Operator Skins, Camos, Weapon Blueprints, and more from both games inside Warzone. Additionally, players will be able to continue using their favorite weapons from both Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3, even after the Black Ops 6 content — including the arrival of the Area 99 Resurgence map — is introduced to Warzone once Season 1 rolls out.
