How Does The Reckoning Event Work in Black Ops 6 Zombies?
The Reckoning Event is another leaderboard-style tournament exclusive to Black Ops 6 Zombies. Participants are placed in a random pool of 29 other players and tasked with earning event points by getting eliminations, but only on the Reckoning Zombies map.
Each enemy type grants a different number of points, with Elite Zombie Kills yielding the highest. Similar to the King of the Dead Event from Season 4, players can also earn points by completing the main quest, but only the Reckoning main quest. Here is a breakdown of how players can earn event points:
- Zombie Kill: 1 Point
- Special Zombie Kill: 25 Points
- Elite Zombie Kill: 100 Points
- Reckoning Main Quest: 5,000 Points
By earning event points through eliminations and completing the main quest, players will climb up the leaderboard. Based on their placement, when the event ends on August 21 at 9 AM PT, they will receive GobbleGum rewards. Players can also earn a separate set of GobbleGum milestone rewards apart from the placement rewards, ensuring that everyone walks away with something regardless of their placement.

The first is the leaderboard placement rewards, which are only awarded once players reach a specific placement and hold that placement until the event ends on August 21 at 9 AM PT. The second set requires players to earn a set amount of event points, with its rewards being awarded immediately.
