8 Unlock All Gradient Skills
Gommage At Will
Gradient Skills are one of the strongest abilities an expeditioner can have in Expedition 33. It ranges from pure damage to supportive, and they're all great. When players first learn about Gradient Skills, it's likely just something they do whenever available, but in the end-game, there are a lot of Luminas that can maximize the team's Gradient Charge quickly. This allows powerful Skills like Lune's 
Sky Break and Maelle's 
Gommage to be cast constantly.
Although not the best in terms of damage, Monoco's 
Break Point is excellent at providing a safe run against hard-hitting bosses, even one as powerful as Simon in Expedition 33.

6 Find All The Weapons
For The Gustave Who Comes After
Like Pictos and Luminas, players will also get weapons at a higher level in their NG+ run. However, having access to late-game weapons in an early-game setting allows players to experiment with a larger variety of builds. Gustave shares the same weapon as Verso, so the equipment you collect for Verso in the previous playthrough will be available for Gustave in NG+. Sadly, the weapons won't have an additional passive for Gustave. A foreshadowing that many players missed.
Another thing worth collecting before NG+ is 
Perfect Chroma Catalyst, which allows a weapon to reach the max level of 33. They can be farmed more easily in NG+, but if players wish to start their playthrough with a max-level weapon, then it's best to collect the available Perfect Chroma Catalyst before moving on to NG+.

Baguette Mode In Prologue
During NG+, the available expeditioners will immediately be available in the Prologue, even Monoco. This makes the first walk in Lumiere quite funny, since the characters will follow the players around, like they normally do while exploring. Pair this with the fact that the outfits and hairstyles you collect will carry on in the New Game Plus, and you can have a Baguette team at the start of the Prologue.
Of course, this is just for laughs, and it can be amusing for players who turn on the "Character Customisation In Cutscenes" option.
4 Collect The Nevron Feet

Since Monoco will be available as soon as you start NG+, it's a good idea to collect all Monoco's skills in Expedition 33. Although it seems like a chore, completing Monoco's abilities can actually be done naturally, as long as players use Monoco from when they first got him.
Best Monoco Build in Clair Obscur Expedition 33
Monoco is a versatile character in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 who can be a powerful DPS or an incredible support.
It's understandable if players steered clear of Monoco when they first got him, but those who bear with the Gestral will soon find themselves having a true jack-of-all-trades. Monoco can buff, debuff, heal, protect, deal massive damage (both AoE and single-target), and break. Whatever role players need, Monoco can fill it.
3 Build Your Party Members
...Or Don't
NG+ promises a tougher bunch of enemies, so it's a good idea to prepare a good build for your team in Expedition 33. This is especially true for players who wish to test Gustave with end-game items, where experimenting on Verso allows for Gustave to be built early.
However, the game may be too easy if players are overprepared before NG+. In this case, players seeking more challenge can try nerfing their own characters, switching to expert difficulty, or using a mod that increases the enemy's HP.
2 Find The Journals
Relive The Story, But With More Context
Considering there's not much change in the gameplay during NG+, players may be interested in doing a new playthrough to get a better grasp of the lore. Small details from cryptic dialogue would make more sense once players understand the context of the story.
All White Nevron Quests In Clair Obscur Expedition 33 (Aiding the Enemy Trophy)
Although Nevrons are mostly hostile, White Nevrons in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will instead give players a quest to complete.
Therefore, players who are doing NG+ for the lore should definitely hunt down all the journals before attempting a new playthrough. This will provide more context about previous expeditioners, on top of unique figures such as Simon, Julie, and the members of the Dessendre family. As a reward for collecting all these journals in Expedition 33, players will also get the Follow the Trail trophy.
Journals are not carried to NG+.
1 Prepare Enough Time For The Prologue
From A Mime To The Life Enjoyer
Although it looks like a plain intro, there are a lot of collectibles available in the Prologue, including an outfit and a Music Record. Therefore, if players previously rushed through it, they should take some time to walk around the Gommage festival in their NG+ playthrough.
Those who didn't get the Prologue's Music Record, Lumiere, will have a second chance to get the music later, but they will still miss the A Peculiar Encounter trophy for not beating the Mime.
Players who missed out on the Festival Tokens in their first Expedition 33 playthrough can also explore the event thoroughly to obtain all the stall rewards.
