People can't wait to get their hands on The Witcher 4, especially with Ciri at the helm this time around. Controlling everyone's favorite child of the Elder Blood who has become a witcher is bound to be a blast.
The Strongest Weapons in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
Many players are returning to The Witcher 3 once again, and here is a rundown of some of the best weapons that players can find in the game.
Anyone who thinks that Ciri hasn't earned the right to follow in Geralt's footsteps clearly hasn't paid attention to how she's been built up in both the games and the books. Given how powerful and reliable she is, there's no reason why Ciri shouldn't be considered a great protagonist for a new Witcher game.
Making Leo Bonhart Pay
Readers Cheered Her On As She Finally Made This Monstrous Bounty Hunter Pay
Leo Bonhart was a thorn in Ciri's side for the longest time. He beheaded the Rats right in front of her, forced her to endure horrible conditions, and gave her the scar courtesy of an orion that hit her square in the face.
His viciousness seemed unstoppable, but Ciri was tired of fearing her tormentor at the end of the books. Using all the skills she'd learned, the Child of the Elder Blood took Leo on in close combat and came out victorious, avenging her comrades and overcoming the biggest hurdle in her path up till that point.
Being Able To Outrun The Wild Hunt All By Her Lonesome
Not An Easy Task By Any Means
The Wild Hunt is one of the most relentless groups in the series, hunting down Ciri in the hopes of acquiring her Elder Blood powers. Ever since she escaped this world and teleported back into her own, the Wild Hunt was hot on her heels.
The fact that she managed to outrun this force for the longest time speaks volumes when it comes to her tenacity. It was no easy feat to escape these antagonists, and even Geralt was impressed by how capable her ward had become in such a short time.
Ending The Threat Of The White Frost
Only A True Hero Could Stop The True Villain Of The Tale — Global Warming
The White Frost is one of the scariest phenomena in The Witcher, with this impending sense of doom being downright inescapable in the eyes of many. However, Avallac'h knew that Ciri's powers could stop this wintry apocalypse from laying ruin to the world.
The Witcher 3: Every Alternative Look, Ranked
The Witcher 3 has free DLC in the form of alternative looks for Triss, Geralt, Yennefer & Ciri. But which are worst & best? We rank all of them.
Sure, she can fail this task if Geralt doesn't show his trust in her, but she is more than capable of dealing with the White Frost all by herself. She ends what is essentially The Witcher's version of global warming, meaning that the sky's the limit for this heroine.
Snatching Victory From The Jaws Of Defeat At Kaer Morhen
Vesemir's Death Pushed Her Powers To The Very Limit
The Battle of Kaer Morhen is one of the biggest spectacles in The Witcher 3. The heroes had to pull out all the stops to thwart this invasion, but the might of the Wild Hunt was too much to bear. Ciri was ready to give herself up to save Vesemir, but the last thing everyone's favorite father figure wanted was for his dear Ciri to succumb to the Wild Hunt and their evil plan.
He goaded Imlerith into killing him, causing an emotional outburst from Ciri that caused her powers to go haywire. Had she not been stopped, the entirety of Kaer Morhen could've been leveled by her power.
Honoring Skjall After He Was Disgraced By His Village
A Noble Act From A Selfless Heroine
Skjall was one of the people from a village in Skellige who helped Ciri out while she was trying to escape the Wild Hunt. Her pursuers came back, and Skjall helped Ciri escape, only to be labelled as Craven after the villagers accused him of running away.
He went to kill Morkvarg but died in the process, something that greatly aggrieved Ciri when she found out. The fact that she wanted to head to Skellige and pay her respects to his grave shows her heroic attitude and why her noble personality makes her fit for being The Witcher 4's protagonist.
Using Ice Skates To Overpower Her Pursuers
One Of The Most Creative Fight Scenes In The Books
Ciri has shown her fair share of creative offense in The Witcher, but none was as iconic as the way she ambushed her pursuers, who were trying to catch up with her by traversing an icy lake. She used ice skates and darted around the lake, cutting down her foes and making them fall into the freezing waters below.
The Witcher 3: The 18 Coolest Costumes In The Game, Ranked
Geralt gets into all sorts of awesome costumes, outfits, and armor sets throughout The Witcher 3, but today we're looking at the best of them.
Most of her pursuers lost their lives here, although the cursed Leo Bonhart was still alive. This humiliation irked him greatly and made it clear that his captive was anything but helpless.
Surviving The Ordeals Of The Korath Desert
Managed To Make It Through A Place So Deadly That No One Could Believe She Accomplished This Feat
In a bid to escape the Thanned coup, Ciri was accidentally teleported to the Korath desert. It's an area so fierce and savage that people believe anyone who wanders into this location can't come back alive.
Not only did she manage to accomplish this feat, but she also met a rare unicorn along the way. It's the very definition of main character energy and shows why Ciri was destined to be a protagonist in The Witcher games.
Handling All Three Crones
Her Expertise Allowed Her To Come Out Victorious... Mostly
The Crones of Crookback Bog are some of the most heinous and powerful villains in The Witcher 3. Geralt won the rock-paper-scissors game that let him fight Imlerith, but many people argue that Ciri had the harder task of the two.
She had to take on all three Crones at once, something that was no easy feat (especially on the highest difficulty). The fact that she was able to beat all three foes speaks volumes when it comes to her combat aptitude, although one of them did manage to flee with her medallion.
