The Chilling Perfume Bottle can be upgraded using Smithing Stones to +25, making it a powerful weapon to use against those scared of the cold.

To get the Chilling Perfume Bottle in Shadow of the Erdtree, you must first visit the region of Charo's Hidden Grave. By venturing to the northeast of this area that is in between the Cerulean Coast and Gravesite Plain, players will find Lamenter Gaol. Explore the dungeon until you come across the Upper Gaol key.

Now head back to the entrance and use it on the nearby gate where a Jar Innard attacks from. The weapon can then be obtained from a corpse in the room.
