How To Watch Chicago P.D. Season 12 Episode 19, "Name Image Likeness"

Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) on Chicago P.D.

Chicago P.D. Season 12, episode 19, "Name Image Likeness" will air Wednesday April 23rd, 2025 at 10 p.m. E.T. On NBC. Fans can also stream the episode the next day, Thursday April 24th 2025, on Peacock.

The official description of the episode reads:

"Cook works with a confidential informant for the first time in a robbery-murder case with links to a star college athlete."

Like other procedurals that juggle a large cast, Chicago P.D. Episodes take turns spotlighting each main character, including a brief storyline about Kim Burgess's (Marina Squerciati) sister. Chicago P.D. Season 19, episode 19 gives Officer Kiana Cook (Toya Turner) her own storyline, which is great news. It will be interesting to see how this case shakes out and how Cook continues to grow in her career. Whether fans are mourning another difficult death or seeing happier moments between couples like Burgess and Adam Ruzek (Patrick Flueger), Chicago P.D. Continues to pull viewers in each episode.

Cook was introduced at the beginning of season 12 of the police drama series, and she hasn't worked a single easy case. In an interview with NBC Insider in January 2025, Chicago P.D. Showrunner Gwen Sigan said:

"I think it gives you an insight into how layered she is as a character and how many different sides of her there are that we really only get to touch the surface of it in this episode. There’s so much more you’ll learn through this season as to who she is and sorta why she polices in the way she polices and what this job really means to her."

Cook is also the focus of Chicago P.D. Season 12, episode 9, "Friends and Family." As Cook works on a heartbreaking kidnapping case involving a woman and two children, viewers find out that Cook's mom (Marie-Francoise Theodore) is rich. Cook asks her for some cash so she can give it to the criminals who kidnapped a woman and two children.

What Happened On Chicago P.D. Season 12, Episode 18, "Demons"?

Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) on Chicago P.D.

Chicago P.D. Season 12, episode 18, "Demons," which aired on Wednesday April 16th, 2025, saw the complicated relationship between Hank Voight and Shawn Reid come to a head. While the Intelligence Unit tried to solve a case about carjacking, Chapman and Voight wanted to find out the truth about Reid. Throughout the season, Voight hasn't trusted Reid for a single second, and he's a stark contrast to boss Alden Parker (Gary Cole) on NCIS season 22 who is a bit prickly but not as secretive. It's hard to imagine them joking around or solving cases together like the beloved cast members on NCIS.

In an interview with Us Weekly in March 2025, Shawn Hatosy, who does an impressive job portraying the vulnerable Dr. Jack Abbott on the Max hospital drama The Pitt, said that Voight and Reid won't be able to get along anytime soon.
