After helping Voyta recover his paint brushes and finding the location of the pagan shrine for him to draw, the next quest will be titled Chiaroscuro. During this quest, players will have to track down the egg of a Black Cockerel and turn it into the egg of a Basilisk.

How To Start Chiaroscuro Quest In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
To start the Chiaroscuro quest, talk to Voyta immediately after completing the Source of Inspiration quest, or go back to Trosky Castle and wait until he arrives to talk to him. He will explain to you that he needs a Basilisk Egg, so there are a couple of things you have to do to make that happen. Your first objective is to locate the egg of a black cockerel. For this, you must Fast Travel to Semine and go west towards the marker.
Where To Find the Egg of a Black Cockerel In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
After reaching the marked location, you can talk to Farmer Slavek about the Black Cockerel. You must pass a Skill Check; all the options are easy, so pick whichever you like. He will tell you about the Black Cockerel, where he buried it, and the eggs. Make your way to the dung heap, where you will find two dogs roaming around. Deal with them and loot the Rooster's egg from the dung heap. With the egg in your possession, make your way to Zhelejov Wagoners' Inn.
If you haven't already, you can get a haircut at the Barber in Zhelejov, who is located on the map. The barber doesn't charge much and offers quite a lot of options to change Henry's hair and beard style.
Placing the Egg of a Black Cockerel In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Head west towards the marker, and you will enter a large search zone. On your map, you might notice a small area to the southeast of the zone with a dense cluster of trees—go there and you will get the option to investigate once you are close to the nest. Place the egg at the base of the tree trunk and leave the area for 24 hours. You can rest at the Inn in Zhelejov or do some other activities in the meantime. After 24 hours, you will get an update on the objective and can return to pick up the Basilisk egg.
Grab the egg and make your way back to Trosky Castle, where Voyta will be waiting. Talking to him will allow Henry to give Voyta the egg, and you will be rewarded with a Gemstone Silver Ring.
