The Adventurer’s Guild is an association of adventurers from all over the continent of Valandis. Members receive information about Unique Monsters and get paid for their hunts.
However, old-school JRPG fans might miss the membership as it’s not a part of the main quest line. This guide, therefore, lets players know how to locate the first two Adventurer’s Guilds and join them in the Chained Echoes campaign.
How to Join the Adventurer’s Guild in Tormund?
To join the Adventurer’s Guild, players should first visit Farnsport’s Guild Leader and receive a letter. They must then deliver the letter to the Tormund’s Guild Leader in the City of Rain to become an official member.
The first Guild is on the west side of Farnsport. It’s a distinguishable building with a golden dragon statue. Once inside the building, players should cross the hallway and talk to the manager. The Guild Leader will instruct them on how to get to Tormund and give them a letter to bring with them.
Players will not be able to get to Tormund until they finish the main quests in Kotara Mountain Range and Fiowoods.
The second Adventurer’s Guild is on the east flank of the City of Rain, Tormund. Again, it’s a unique building with a golden dragon statue. Inside, players must interact with the Guild Leader and deliver the letter to finish the side quest. This triggers a short monologue, an introduction to the association’s perks. However, Chained Echoes players can skip the cutscene and interact with the shop immediately if they want to.
What Are the Benefits of Joining the Guild?
Players might know how to use SP to upgrade and unlock the best skills in Chained Echoes, but joining the Adventurer’s Guild allows them to shop for rare items, receive member-exclusive rewards, and get practical hints on where to find Unique Monsters.
Here are all the perks of the Adventurer’s Guild:
- Shopping for rare items. Members find unique items and upgrade materials in the Guild’s shop that are otherwise unobtainable.
- Useful hints on hunting Unique Monsters. Adventurers offer tip-offs that expose lucrative hunts. The information is only available to Adventurers Guild members, and outsiders can’t have it.
- Rewards for Unique Monsters. Hunting down rare creatures is extra profitable for Guild members as they get paid by Leaders, with players simply needing to talk to the Guild Leaders after taking down Unique Monsters to claim their prizes.
Chained Echoes is available now for PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox.
