Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is full of interesting and helpful features that allow players to have the best experience possible, but some players are asking for a certain quality of life improvement. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has been out for a while, and many players are still asking for features and elements present in past titles, so this is not the first time community members have requested something like this.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 Reloaded launched recently, adding tons of new content for veteran and new players. The major update added new weapons, operators, an in-game event, a new Atomgrad Raid episode, and more. Developer Infinity Ward did not end there as recently it announced a new limited-time bundle featuring a prominent NBA player. Now Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 players can play as Kevin Durant and experience the game with this new operator and two new blueprints for the Kastov-74U and the FJX Imperium.

A Reddit user called dtb301 made a post on the Modern Warfare 2 subreddit asking for a quality of life improvement that resonated with many in the community who started supporting the player. According to them, having a gray bar representing a weapon's fire rate is useless, and showing the weapon's round-per-minute metric would be more useful. Many gamers started agreeing with dtb301's post, and it quickly gained some traction, gathering thousands of upvotes and lots of comments so far. Call of Duty's developers have a lot of requests on their hands, as recently, another Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 player reached out to developers in a strange way.

Many Reddit users replied to this post with a hint of humor, joking about the vague rating system weapons have regarding their stats, and how the game's developers are working on other content rather than giving players what they want. A few Reddit users even commented that expecting these changes from developers is meaningless, as they're probably busy working on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 Reloaded added more than a few weapons to the game. The developers implemented a few balance changes, nerfing a popular assault rifle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Now players who want to stay competitive in the game will have to look for other options to stay on top in their play sessions.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
