A frustrating bug in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is making Juggernauts useless in the game. Modern Warfare 2 allows users to choose from a ton of killstreaks, with the Juggernaut killstreak being the most difficult one to earn. It requires players to get 15 kills in a row or obtain 1,875 points without dying, with the Hardline perk reducing this requirement.

Since its release, many players have experienced a wide variety of bugs Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. As an example, a Modern Warfare 2 fan fell victim to a bizarre sequence of glitches while playing on the Shipment map, as they were unable to take advantage of the Chapter Gunner killstreak. Now, another Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 user experienced a strange bug with the Juggernaut killstreak.

A Reddit user named EliteTanker has shared a clip from a match of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on the Shoot House map, with the user managing to get the Juggernaut killstreak. Juggernaut units in Call of Duty games have a ton of health, and they can easily shred other players with the minigun, so many gamers are likely to get a bunch of kills after using this killstreak. However, EliteTanker gets easily killed by a user on the opposing team, as if the bullets completely ignored the extra health and treated them like a regular player.

One fan in the comments section offers a reasonable explanation for these events, as they state that players can encounter a bug if they get a Juggernaut after using the Battle Rage field upgrade in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. According to a different gamer, this glitch keeps users’ HP at its current level instead of increasing it to match a Juggernaut’s health. They believe that it could be a failsafe to prevent fans from regenerating health as a Juggernaut, but it resulted in EliteTanker unfairly dying in a Modern Warfare 2 match.

Many Call of Duty fans share their own complaints about the state of the game, with some commenting on its asking price of $70. It looks like this bug has been there since Modern Warfare 2, and some users are surprised that it still hasn’t been patched. Activision has released several updates for Modern Warfare 2 since its release, so it’s disappointing to see that gamers are still facing these issues.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
