Ghost is a popular character among Call of Duty fans, who has appeared in multiple games in the series, including the latest Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

Simon "Ghost" Riley is a recurring character in Call of Duty games and commands noticeable popularity among fans, especially after the Ghost Stare meme went viral some time ago. In the series, Ghost is portrayed as a lieutenant with stints in the Special Air Service, Task Force 141, and more teams. He is always depicted wearing a skull mask, which has become an identical part of his appearance. Notably, the intimidating operator starred as one of the three protagonists in 2022's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

In a Twitter post, the official Call of Duty account shared a picture of Ghost sporting blue jeans, a candid look for the character. It turns out that the outfit depicted in the image is a new operator skin for Ghost available in the Call of Duty Store for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: Warzone players. In the comments, some fans rejoiced at the addition of the cosmetic item, with one fan admitting they had been "waiting for this pack for years." Another fan expressed surprise that the Jeans Ghost skin "took this long to be realized." Some fans asked for the devs to add some other skins, including new looks for more Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 operators like John "Soap" MacTavish and Phillip Graves.

Call of Duty Operator Ghost Has a New Skin

Apparently, the Jeans Ghost skin had been expected to arrive for weeks after being shown in a recent Season 4 Reloaded trailer. As many fans would remember, the look gives a nod to the campaign of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, in which the character was last seen donning the same outfit. The skin is available as part of the Obisidian Steed bundle, which is worth 1600 COD Points. Besides the operator skin for Ghost, the pack also comes with an Obsidian Steed assault rifle, a large decal, an emblem, and a loading screen.

When it comes to content, there's a lot more in store for Call of Duty fans besides shiny new bundles. Recently, Call of Duty made a surprising announcement, confirming a collaboration with WWE for Season 5. What's exciting is that this isn't the only crossover rumored to make its way into the game, with reports of Call of Duty partnering with the Deadpool and Wolverine movie in the future.

On top of all that, the next Call of Duty game is also steadily coming into the picture, with an October 25 launch announced already. As previously revealed, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will take players back in time, to the '90s, for a spy adventure set at the tail end of the Cold War. The game will also bring back the classic round-based Zombies mode seen in Treyarch's previous games.
